These Terms of Use govern your use of the CardTags mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using CardTags, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

CardTags is a business card management application that allows users to scan and store business cards, organize contacts using tags and search, create and share a digital business card, export contact information, and use AI-powered contact features.

2. Acceptable Use

CardTags is intended for personal professional contact management. The contact-update feature may only be used to send updates to people whose business cards you have previously scanned — never for unsolicited messages or marketing.

3. Subscriptions

CardTags offers a one-time purchase (CardTags Basic) and a subscription (CardTags Pro). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
