These Terms of Use govern your use of the CardTags mobile application ("CardTags", "the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using CardTags, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

CardTags is a business card management application that allows users to:

CardTags is intended for professional contact management and networking purposes.

CardTags is intended for users aged 16 and older. If you are between 13 and 15 years of age, you may only use CardTags with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using CardTags, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. CardTags Basic

CardTags Basic is available through a one-time purchase.

The Basic purchase provides lifetime access to the core features included at the time of purchase and future improvements to those core features.

Additional premium features may be introduced in future versions and may require separate purchases or a subscription.

3. CardTags Pro Subscription

CardTags Pro is an auto-renewing annual subscription.

CardTags Pro includes features such as:

Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

4. AI-Powered Features

CardTags provides AI-powered features to assist with business card processing and contact improvement.

AI-generated results are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate. Users remain responsible for reviewing and verifying contact information before use.

AI-powered features are provided on a fair-use basis. CardTags reserves the right to introduce reasonable usage limits, safeguards, or service protections to ensure availability, sustainability, and quality of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

CardTags is not intended to be used as a bulk email or marketing platform.

6. Contact Information and User Content

You are responsible for the information you store, scan, edit, export, or share using CardTags.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use and process any information entered into the App.

7. Availability of Service

While CardTags strives to provide reliable service, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Certain features may depend on third-party services, including, but not limited to:

Temporary interruptions, maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

8. Intellectual Property

CardTags, its design, software, branding, and related content are owned by Rikard Gunzenheimer or licensed to CardTags.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to users.

9. Disclaimer

CardTags is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardTags makes no guarantees regarding:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardTags shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Termination

CardTags reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to premium services in cases of abuse, fraud, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

Users may stop using the App at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

CardTags may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your use of CardTags is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall primarily be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Sweden.
